monthly subscription, includes: Food Recommendations & shopping list - monthly Workout plans - every 8 weeks 1:1 Health Coaching Session - 1 per month Group Zoom Calls - weekly Labs - every 6 months while subscribed (so they have to pay the monthly for 6 months and the lab draw will be covered).
