Refund Policy

Introduction

At The Fitness Factory, we strive to provide personalized and high-quality health and wellness services.  To maintain the integrity of our services and ensure fairness to all clients, we have established the following refund policy.

Refund Policy Details

- Full payment is expected at the time of purchase or before the commencement of the service.
- Cancellations made before the genetic test is ordered or the service is initiated may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or processing fees.
- No refunds will be provided for unused sessions or missed appointments.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once they have been completed:
- Genetic Testing: Due to the personalized nature of genetic tests, no refunds will be provided once the test is ordered.
- Wellness Protocols: Customized wellness protocols are non-refundable once they have been developed and delivered.
- Consultations and Coaching Sessions: Once a session is completed, no refunds will be issued.

Payment & Cancelation Terms

- Full payment is required at the time of purchase or before the service is rendered.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Failure to provide the required notice will result in full payment being charged for the scheduled service.
