How it works

The path, before you walk it.

Three steps. Two entry points: start with a free 30-minute consultation, or skip the call and purchase your Blueprint tier directly online. We built this around the conversation a fifteen-minute visit could never have, so it asks more of us, and gives more back to you.

The path

Three steps. One arc.

Walk through what each step does, what you walk away with, and the question it answers that fifteen minutes can't.

01

Step 01 · 30-min phone call · or skip and purchase online

A phone call before a payment. Or a direct purchase.

Most plans start with a thirty-minute call with a member of our practice. No card on file, no sales script, no pressure to book on the same day. If you already know which Blueprint tier you want, you can also skip the call and purchase your tier directly online.

The job of those thirty minutes isn't to diagnose anything. It's to figure out the shape of what's happening, what you've already tried, and whether the kind of work we do is the kind of work you're after. If you'd rather move now, the direct-purchase path lands you in the same place.

You've explained the symptoms five times to people with fifteen minutes. The advice has stopped working, or it never quite fit. You're not sure what to ask for, only that you're tired of guessing.

Versus the 15-minute visit

The conventional intake doesn't have time for this conversation. We made the room.

02

Step 02 · 30-min in-office swab · 4 to 6 week analysis

A diagnostic that doesn't change.

When you purchase your Blueprint tier, you book your 30-minute buccal swab at our office at the same time. All genetic testing runs through The Fitness Factory, so every Blueprint starts here. This is the diagnostic step.

Genetic results take about 4 to 6 weeks. Any bloodwork is ordered through Labcorp and a copy is sent so you can bring it to your review. The reason we anchor on genes: your blood work changes by the week, your labs change by the season, but your variants don't move.

Generic advice fails for reasons no one can explain. Your friend's protocol stopped working for you. You've stopped trusting recommendations that don't account for who you are.

Versus a routine lab panel

Conventional labs measure today's storm. This panel reads the weather you were born under.

From swab to sense

What actually happens to your sample.

Results come back in 4 to 6 weeks. We set expectations honestly: this isn't days, it's weeks. The wait is what buys you a clinical-grade reference you can keep forever.

A returned variant looks like this

Gene

VDR

Vitamin D Receptor

Your variant

Bb

Heterozygous · BsmI polymorphism

What it says

Lower receptor sensitivity. You need a higher serum 25(OH)D to feel the same downstream effect.

03

Step 03 · 60-min review · weekly coaching cadence

Where the report becomes a routine.

Sixty minutes with Mindy Hickey, APN, walking through every variant that matters for you. You leave that meeting with a written four-to-six page protocol, brand and dose specific, that you can start running on Monday morning.

Coaching is what keeps it running. Three, six, or twelve months of weekly 45-minute sessions, with direct messaging in between, and a weekly group call so the work has people around it. The cadence is the product.

Most plans die in the gap between the appointment and the practice. The week eats them. You know the theory. What you don't have is a person who notices when the wheels come off.

Versus a follow-up appointment

A primary-care doctor cannot follow you for a year. The system isn't built for it. We are.

End of the path

Ready when you are

Step one is a phone call. Or a direct purchase.

Thirty minutes with our team, no card on file. Or if you already know your tier, purchase your Blueprint online and we'll meet you at the swab. No pressure either way.
